We would like to thank you for helping us care for X, you have ensured we could go to work safe in the knowledge X was with you and being cared for just like we would. Your home became like a second home to X, your family are so welcoming and we love how it all seems to work together.
We’d like to say that choosing you for the nursery provision was probably the best choice we could have made, you have helped X beyond our expectations and X will start school in September with a fantastic foundation to X’s education. We are so pleased with how you have worked with X and “the proof is in the pudding as the say” – thanks.

My parent survey
The last anonymous parent survey I did was online, through SurveyMonkey, in June 2015. For those that responded, each gave me a score of 9 or 10 out of 10* for every question I asked.
This means my overall Net Promoter Score (NPS) is 100% - and this means they'd highly recommend the childcare and early years provision I provide to other people.
